The best play couch around !!

I run a family daycare and we can't get enough of our Nook cushions. We first started out with the nook 2 years ago and this Christmas we expanded and bought the rollers, arch, Wedges and the lilly pad. The quality is amazing and wouldn't get any other play couch! The children love making obstacle courses, cubby houses and incorporate in their open ended play.

Latest addition - wedge tail

A Christmas addition to our existing set and they are loving it. Currently being used as a run up as part of a jumps course 😄

Great addition in play area

Very sturdy and firm foam. Material quality is excellent, on par with our custom sofa.

Lots of fun

These are great - beautifully made, can be staked to make an adult bench seat or toddler-height bench for playing, as well as for running up, making various builds, racing cars down etc. We have these and the lilypad so toddler can run up ramp and jump onto lilypad.

Great addition

The hard foam of the wedges makes it a great product for walking on, sliding on and adding into any build for stability. The velvet fabric is soo soft and allows for great sliding.
Adding the wedges to our Nook and lilypad has made the playability soo much bigger and my son is absolutely loving it all.

Rolling, so much rolling

My kids roll down these ramps every day. My daughter even does roly polys down them. They add an active movement element to the nook, which the kids love! Great buy!

Don't Hesitate!

We have a Nook couch for a few years and wanted to add something to encourage more play and using the couch in different ways. I spent hours reading reviews, stalking instagram and debating which pieces to get. We settled on the two wedge pieces and they have been THE BEST addition to our playcouch. We bought them last year and my 6yo has used them nearly every day since. They are fantastic stacked together to be a bench or table which has happened a lot with our play kitchen as an extra bench, bakery bench, woodwork table and cafe table. It is the perfect height for games and Lego building. And then, when you use them flat - the uses are endless. T's favourite is as ramps for cars (which go flying - so beware!), rollie-pollie ramps, seesaws, monster truck smash ramps going downwards, and of coarse adding to other Nook builds on the ideas sheets.
I was worried about the use of the purchase for nothing. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Endless fun

Nook wedges = endless fun! We love turning them into speedy slides, game-ready tables, cozy movie night spots, and awesome cubby forts. The only limit? Our imagination!

How to improve your life

The Wedge Tails have been an excellent addition to our Nook empire. We now build boats that have a pointed bow and their captain (3 y.o.) can take us everywhere, including to the shops and even the zoo. He is also able to separate the wedges in order to repair the boat’s motor. The 1.5 y.o. Loves to climb up the slope of the wedge and then roll down. Cars, balls and even a doll also get to enjoy a bouncy descent. All of our grandchildren enjoy constructing Nook cubbies and the Wedges have added to the possibilities.
I truly believe that the Nook was invented for grandparents because, Grandparents with Nook + 5 Grandies living nearby = Lots of fun and happy times.

We love to hear all this fabulous imagination happening! We're thrilled you are all loving your NooK adventures!

Perfect addition

Love our wedges - the perfect addition to the O.G nook setup - helps our littlest reach the tops of big builds, makes great slides, car ramps, seats. They’re way more stable than the original, so helps to hold everything up and/or in place. Love them

This is brilliant! The extra firm foam definitely helps with climbing!

The secret to the super slide

The kids love to use these to make a double length 'super slide' (and use the cardboard inspiration poster that came with our nook to help slide faster!)

So many uses!

We purchased a Nook, Lily Pad and Wedges for Christmas for our kids (7yrs, 4yrs and 1yr) and it has been played it every day since! The wedges are the perfect add on alongside the Nook and Lily Pad. Our kids use it as a ramp for cars, a slide and in an obstacle course to run up and jump off onto the lily pad! I chose the velvet fabric as I read in a review that it was a great choice for sliding on vs the other options and I have to agree! My kids find it easy to slide down yet it’s also holding up really well with the running up and down as well. The foam is holding up exceptionally well also and isn’t loosing its shape or being less supportive at all! We also absolutely love that it is Aussie owned and made!

We love our wedge tails! They’re the new favourite addition to our Nook collection. Each of my three children have their own unique way of using the wedge tails depending on their capabilities. They also love using them together to build something they can all use.

Great Add On

We love this extension to our Nook, these have added another dimension to the boys play and imagination.

Kid-proof

Nooks are tough enough for the daily rough and tumble of 4 and 2yo boys. Covers remove and wash easily when needed. Full sized nook is fine for a 4yo to move around and stack, including unzipping the connector between the two big base pieces. I love how easy it is to make a cubby for the 2yo when the base pieces are connected. Throwing the pieces back together on the Nest makes a comfortable couch that can be reconfigured for lounging / to fit all the cousins on. The foam is strong enough to be a bridge or slide for 2yo when stacked on the triangular prism pieces while the 'armrests' are soft enough for swords. Wedge tail pieces stack to make a nice little side table once kids aren't around, and are great to launch cars at other times.

These are just so much fun! My 2 year old loves rolling/ sliding down them or using them as a ramp to the nook or as a table for picnics
