We have a Happiness Guarantee which supports a 30-day return policy.  If you are unhappy with your product for any reason in the first 30 days, it can be returned to us in its original packaging for full refund. In addition to this, we offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing defects or errors sustained in the course of normal use.  This warranty does not cover accidental damage or staining of the fabric covers or foam inserts.  This Happiness Guarantee applies only to single products purchased, so if you are unsure about whether you will enjoy My NooK, please try one sofa first to make sure before buying one for every room!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mynook.com.au. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

We are happy to exchange products if you have an issue, however we also suggest requesting fabric swatches if you are at all unsure of colour choices!  Exchange will be subject to the product being returned in its original packaging and will be subject to availability of replacement colours.

We will notify you as soon as your return is received and will refund the purchase price less return shipping immediately to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
